1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, requesting a quote, booking a service or leaving your vehicle with The Ceramic Kingz, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

The Ceramic Kingz provides car detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film, car wrapping and related vehicle protection services. Service results may vary depending on the age, condition and previous care of the vehicle.

3. Quotes and Payments

All quotes are based on the information provided and may change after vehicle inspection. Additional charges may apply for extra cleaning, paint correction, contamination removal or work not included in the original quote. Payment is required upon completion unless agreed otherwise.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Cancellations or rescheduling with short notice may result in the deposit being retained, especially where time, materials or products have already been allocated.

5. Vehicle Condition

Customers must remove all personal belongings before service. The Ceramic Kingz is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, stains, scratches, paint defects, weak clear coat, previous poor repairs or items left inside the vehicle.

6. Ceramic Coating, PPF and Wraps

Ceramic coating, PPF and wraps help protect and enhance your vehicle, but they do not make it damage-proof, scratch-proof or maintenance-free. Proper aftercare is required to maintain results and any applicable product warranty.

7. Aftercare

Customers must follow all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to follow care instructions may affect the finish, durability, coating performance, film condition or warranty eligibility.

8. Photos and Marketing

We may take photos or videos of your vehicle before, during and after service for records, quality control and marketing. If you do not want your vehicle used in marketing, please let us know before the service begins.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a problem with our service, please contact us so we can inspect the vehicle and provide a fair remedy where required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Ceramic Kingz is not liable for indirect loss, loss of use, reduced resale value or damage caused by misuse, neglect, poor aftercare, accidents or third-party work.
